Job Title: Enrollment & Training Coordinator
About the Job: The Enrollment & Training Coordinator (ETC) is responsible for screening, enrolling, and matching mentors and mentees for our program according to established policies and procedures. The ETC is also responsible for planning and providing a robust and effective pre-service and in-service training program for mentors. The ETC will reach out to enlist the services of qualified trainers to conduct training and coordinate all related tasks. The ETC will also be responsible for delivery of pre-service mentor training at least once per month according to an established curriculum.
Qualifications include: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social services, human resources, education or related field required, 2 or more years of working with youth, program design and management, and/or social work, experience supervising staff preferred, comfort working in high-poverty neighborhoods.
