New Philanthropic Focused Email Service to Launch on October 1
Daily Do Good and Do Good Now will feature D.C. area charitable events and spotlight non-profit causes
Washington, D.C., Wednesday, September 24, 2014 – Starting October 1, 2014, Do Good, LLC will debut two new e-newsletters that cater to the philanthropic community and organizations of the Washington, D.C. metropolitian area.
These e-newsletters – Daily Do Good and Do Good Now – will provide opportunities for the area’s thousands of non-profits to advertise their events and causes to service-minded professionals, and will delivered as the following
- Daily Do Good: A thrice-weekly event guide of Washington, D.C. area philanthropic events.
- Do Good Now: A twice weekly feature of selected nonprofit organizations, including a compelling 500-word write-up and a “donate now” button.
Through the Daily Do Good website (www.dailydogood.co) and the subscription e-mail service, individuals and groups will be instantly connected to charitable giving activities and opportunities in the D.C. area that they can attend, donate to, and share with others within their vast networks.
“After close to a decade of experience in the non-profit and charitable giving fields, I’m excited to create and share this new resource for the Washington, D.C. area,” said Saranah Holmes, founder of Do Good LLC. “Supporting altruistic causes is important to the overall future of our society, and I look forward to the Daily Do Good and Do Good Now making it easier for others to learn about these opportunities and share their good.”
Organizations looking to partner with Daily Do Good to promote their events and opportunities are encouraged to visit the website, dailydogood.co for details and packages.
The Daily Do Good is hosting a launch party at Lost Society DC (2001 14th Street NW, Washington, DC) on Wednesday September 24th from 6:30pm-9pm. Press are welcome to attend.
